Daylight Counselling now offers two distinct sevices - counselling and EMDR therapy - which are effective for differet issues. Please read the brief descriptions below before applying.
Counselling is a talking therapy that involves a trained counsellor listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with emotional issues.

EMDR is an evidence-based psychotherapy specifically aimed at helping people overcome the effects of traumatic or deeply upsetting events. These effects include anxiety, intrusive thoughts and memories (flashbacks),
memory loss, nightmares and hypervigilance, amongst others. Trauma comes in many forms. Traumatic events that may respond well to EMDR include:
